Black Eye Rags offers FREE standard shipping worldwide.
Free Shipping applies to all orders above £50 in the UK and above £150 for all other countries.

* unfortunately, we cannot guarantee same day dispatch during sale / special promotion periods.

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale or busy periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.

We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.

While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping timeframe.



 Delivery FAQ's 

Will I be charged tax or duty?

UK VAT (sales tax) is applied to orders dispatched to the UK and all EU destinations. For all other destinations prices are displayed excluding VAT and any import duties that may apply on entry to the destination country.
As the recipient you are responsible for all import duties, tax and administration charges that maybe applied by your local customs. These charges vary dependent on the country and if you are unsure we would recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Jersey, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic Of Korea, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, UK (including Isle Of Man), United States.

Can I change my delivery address?

Not a problem if you contact us before the item is shipped. Once the item is shipped it is difficult for us to re-arrange delivery but in either instance please contact us and we will see what we can do.


How do I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email to confirm your goods have been shipped.


Can I have my order delivered to another address than my billing address?

Yes, you can select a separate delivery address from your billing address in the checkout.


What happens if I am not there to sign for my order?

If no one is available to sign for your order then the courier will leave a card. 


You have 28 days from the time of completing the order to return the goods. 

Send an email to stating the reason for return and to receive an exclusive returns number (RA) that will need to be displayed clearly on the returned package.



There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Standard shipping is also free on the replacement item, but if you are based outside the EU you will need to pay taxes and duties on this. If you selected PayPal when you placed your order, any applicable taxes and duties on your exchange should be paid with your debit or credit card.

We are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.


Faulty Goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply request your Returns Authorisation (RA) number and return the faulty goods to us within 28 days of the day you received them. 

If you discover a fault after this time, but within six months of purchase, you can still return it. Where possible, we will offer to repair the item. If it cannot be repaired and the same product is still available, we will send you a replacement. If the same product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.



Your refund will either be credited to the original payment method and will include shipping costs for faulty items only.  If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Black Eye Rags. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.


 Important Information

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Black Eye Rags. However, as computer screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your screens display of any colour will be completely accurate.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. 

Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. 

Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. 

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. 


    The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day after the day on which you acquire (or a third party other than a carrier and indicated by you acquires) physical possession of the goods.

    To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us by letter to: Contract Cancellation, Customer Centre, Black Eye Rags, 4d Prowse Place, Camden, London, NW1 9PH, or by email to                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              
    On receipt of your notice of contract cancellation, customer centre will email you a Returns Authorisation (RA) number. 

    We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our Customer Centre. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us at:

    Please retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute. 
    Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.
    All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to. 
    We will refund the full value of your order, including shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your notice of contract cancellation. If we do not receive the cancelled order, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost. 
    Please note you may only use your right to cancel the order if you give us formal written notice of cancellation any time after your order has been placed, up until 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your order, by email or post as described above.
